I design thoughtful, intuitive, UX systems, digital journeys and experiences.

Since 2010, I have worked in software, commercial, and government spaces, creating experiences that match business goals with experience design, and reach millions of users. I'm experienced in Design Systems, UX journeys, visual UI design, and collaborative team communication and management throughout all aspects of the UX processes. My significant experience in Front-end web development allows me to be both a contributor and a communicator with Engineering and technical teams. It is also an integral part of my approach to design, as I understand the technical specifications of a project on a development level.

I currently manage the Anaplan Design System (Axis) team; leading, mentoring, and working on a team of specialized UI, Visual, and UX Designers, Full Stack and Software Engineers, Content Designers, and Program Managers. The role of Axis is to support and maintain the Anaplan experience language, considering accessibility, content, internationalization, technical architecture, usability, and the visual identity of Anaplan. My role as Manager allows me to mentor and lead with a collaborative approach, while also performing in an IC role to contribute to the growth and evangelism of the system.

Due to the nature of my some of my clientele, I am not always able to provide visual examples of my work. However, I’ve provided Case Studies to give you insight into some projects.
